What you will learn

Learn how to set up and use ePerformance, taking advantage of the other applications in the PeopleSoft HRMS suite. Define and generate performance documents that identify, track, and evaluate progress and results against an individual’s performance criteria throughout the performance period. You learn how to manage the evaluation process for both employee-initiated and manager-initiated reviews, how to manage multi-participant feedback, and how to review and approve evaluations. In addition, you learn about the writing assistance tool, which assists in writing performance results and development tips, and how to use the automatic language checker reduces the risk of using legally sensitive words.
